This role offers a primarily remote work environment, though the selected candidate should be prepared to visit the office in Chantilly, VA on occasion throughout the year. The individual will be tasked with overseeing the planning, resource allocation, execution, monitoring, and successful completion of PMO initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure the appropriate allocation of project team resources.
- Managing the development requirements and administration of project deliverables.
- Establishing, maintaining, and adhering to project timelines.
- Organizing and leading meetings with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Overseeing and managing the financial aspects of projects.
- Documenting all decisions, action items, risks, and creating associated meeting minutes.
- Assisting in Business Development activities, including bid and proposal processes.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in delivering SaaS products, services, and related professional consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to engage with executive-level clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing government and commercial contract delivery, including firm-fixed price, Time and Material, and Cost Plus contracts.
- PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience in delivering products and services related to HR hiring processes and Talent Management is advantageous.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
Compensation Package Includes:
- Salary range of $120,000 - $135,000, based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays.
