Job Summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair work on electrical systems, including high voltage and AC/DC circuits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances
  • Inspect, test, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, lighting, signal, communications, and power circuits
  • Isolate defects in wiring, switches, motors, and other electrical equipment using testing instruments
  • Repair and replace faulty switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical systems, including fabrication of electrical control panels
  • Maintain emergency generators and high voltage switch gear
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Inspect completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes
Requirements
  • Active Electrical License (a plus for some contracts)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum five years' construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments
  • Superior client relations in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read and decipher blueprints, as-built construction documents, and electrical diagrams
  • Complete all documentation required in compliance with a computerized maintenance management system
  • Must be a team player, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to succeed
  • Must provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of our client
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and criminal background check
