This position plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our military clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Documentation Management: Oversee the preparation and management of essential project documentation, including Requests for Information (RFIs), material submissions, and construction inquiries. Ensure the efficient and safe utilization of materials through thorough review and problem-solving.
- Technical Design Assistance: Support technical design evaluations, ensuring adherence to applicable design policies and regulations. Collaborate effectively with facility management teams and design groups.
- On-Site Project Oversight: Conduct site assessments, analyze architectural plans, and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with timelines, specifications, and safety protocols. Document findings and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
- In-House Design Development: Create cost-effective designs for maintenance and repair projects. Generate technical designs that include drawings, specifications, and detailed work statements.
- Proposal and Construction Monitoring: Participate in pre-solicitation site evaluations, conduct technical assessments, and oversee construction monitoring. Facilitate training for operational and maintenance procedures of renovated systems.
What You Will Contribute:
