About the Position:

We are seeking a driven Residential Construction Manager to help lead some of the most exciting and impactful multifamily projects in the region.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of multifamily construction projects from start to finish, leading a team on-site to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities for multifamily projects.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Review project plans and specifications, proactively addressing any issues to avoid delays.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams.
  • Promptly resolve on-site challenges to maintain the project timeline and standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential multifamily construction as a Superintendent or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
