About the Role:

The Lee Company is a global leader in the design and production of miniature, precision fluid control components. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative machining processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC Lathes, Swiss lathes, and Mills with current machining processes.
  • Develop new machining processes for overnight continuous runs.
  • Work with and develop Robotic automation processes.
  • Diagnose machining problems and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with Tool Design and Manufacturing personnel to plan tooling designs and arrangements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school education.
  • Good understanding of machining metal and processes with CNC machines.
  • Proficiency in computerized machine controls and precision measurement instruments.
  • Mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
