Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Development

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Fashion Watches category, catering to diverse cruise line profiles.
  • Establish merchandising standards that align with the overarching business strategy.
  • Identify and cultivate vendor relationships, negotiating terms to optimize gross margin and secure exclusive partnerships.
  • Set and monitor annual and seasonal performance objectives across various metrics including sales and inventory turnover.

Assortment Strategy

  • Design assortments that resonate with the strategic merchandising vision of each cruise line.
  • Manage assortment mix to enhance key item ownership and ensure a balance of unique offerings.
  • Develop a pricing strategy that reflects value and savings, effectively communicated to consumers.
  • Oversee assortment planning to ensure product breadth and depth align with ship profiles.

Financial Oversight

  • Collaborate closely with planning partners to establish sales and inventory plans.
  • Conduct regular analysis to assess performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage inventory levels and markdown processes to maintain a healthy stock.
  • Ensure alignment with financial objectives and market trends.

Qualifications:
