Healthcare Operations Manager

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service or supervisory roles, with a strong ability to coordinate complex medical and dental scheduling, resolve customer issues, and manage performance metrics. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Patient Scheduling Operations: Coordinate with clinic administrators and contact center representatives to ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments.
- Lead Customer Service Team: Supervise and support contact center representatives in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Analyze Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.
Requirements:
- AA Degree or equivalent; or high school diploma or GED plus 2 years' experience in a professional setting.
- 2-years experience in a customer service environment.
Benefits: Neighborcare Health offers a competitive salary range of $60,036 - $80,600, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan matching.
