Job Title: Account Setup Coordinator

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Account Setup Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.

Job Summary:

The Account Setup Coordinator will work closely with various departments to ensure the successful implementation of products and services for customers. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills to resolve issues related to missing or conflicting product information and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities with various departments to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient implementation of customer products and services.
  • Resolve issues related to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers, sales staff, relationship managers, operations, bankers, and/or legal staff where applicable.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales staff, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation.

Requirements:

  • Banking operation experience.
  • Call handling and financial account handling skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
