Orthodontic Professor

Roseman University of Health Sciences is seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor of Orthodontics to join our esteemed faculty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching clinical orthodontics and didactic classes, supervising residents in the clinic, and overseeing the progression and outcomes of orthodontic cases in accordance with American Board of Orthodontics standards.

• Teach and mentor residents in clinical orthodontics and didactic classes
• Supervise residents in the clinic and oversee the progression and outcomes of orthodontic cases
• Engage in professional development, conduct and mentor research, and seek external funding opportunities
• Collaborate with residents, interns, staff, and faculty to provide optimal patient care

• DDS/DMD degree from a CODA-accredited US or Canadian dental school or equivalent
• Eligibility for licensure in Nevada at the time of application and receipt of licensure within 3 months of hire
• Completion of a CODA-approved, post-doctoral residency in orthodontics, along with teaching experience at the postdoctoral level and a strong record of scholarly activity
