Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, understanding and planning future productions and mass productions.
• Customer Service: Provide fast and friendly service to members, listening to their needs and addressing any concerns.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with members of the team, and be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
• Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
• Food Safety Certification: Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) is a plus.
• Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
