Cafe Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cafe Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cafe Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food to order, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Food Preparation: Prepare food to order, following recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our members.
• Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a healthy environment for our members.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive and respectful work environment, and support each other in achieving our objectives.

• Food Service Experience: Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant setting.
• Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
