About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Platform Manager to lead our Integrations and Digital Enterprise Services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for guiding our talented workforce through a significant change, transitioning from district and regional integration platforms to our national integration platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a national team within Digital Enterprise Services, collaborating across different tech groups.
  • Guide the career paths of our team members from the past to the future, ensuring their full engagement and support during the transition.
  • Make important decisions regarding investments, timing, commitment, and execution, overcoming barriers and challenges to make the right choices at the right time.
  • Ensure that our programs, projects, investments, and initiatives align with our principle of doing things the right way, not just the easy way.
  • Contribute to the overall Data & Digital strategy by representing your domain as an enabler at our Digital Enterprise Services leadership table.
  • Directly impact how our customers perceive our services, ensuring high availability to meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • ICT / Technology professional with proven senior leadership experience and a proven track record of leading large, complex mission-critical Information Technology environments.
  • Minimum 10 years' ICT experience, with extensive experience in varied environments, stretching over 10 years.
  • In-depth practical understanding of running 24 x 7 IT operational management, technology lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations.
  • Experience with executive and board-level engagement, reporting, and facilitation.
  • Experience in creating and managing an environment of continuous improvement and managing people across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience in successfully managing remote teams and lifting engagement and performance.
