We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Manager Service Experience to lead our Digital Enterprise Services team in delivering exceptional service experience to our customers. About You

You will be a seasoned ICT/Technology expert with a proven track record of leading large, complex mission-critical Information Technology environments. You will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in ICT, with a strong background in running 24x7 Service Desk operations, developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Digital Enterprise Services team in delivering exceptional service experience to our customers
