Position Overview

We are in search of a meticulous individual who can guide our embroidery and production team towards excellence through effective coaching and strong leadership. As a vital member of our management team, you will be responsible for addressing employee concerns with fairness and diligence, ensuring alignment with company policies. You will assess both team and individual performance by offering constructive feedback, coaching, and conducting regular evaluations. Upholding adherence to our quality standards and regulations is paramount. Your active participation in enhancing our team culture and operational efficiency is highly encouraged. Familiarity with design creation, editing, and embroidery processes will be advantageous. Our operations utilize industrial-grade embroidery machines and Wilcom digitizing software. Additionally, you will oversee inventory management of embroidery supplies, coordinate equipment maintenance, review production orders, ensure deadlines are met, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and operation of embroidery machines
  • Inputting job files into our software and editing designs to create high-quality digitized outputs
  • Loading files onto machines promptly to adhere to production schedules
  • Verifying order accuracy by checking documentation and individual items
  • Conducting quality control checks and reporting any product defects or damages
  • Leading a team of 15 employees with positive leadership practices and proactive measures

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in embroidery is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years in a management role
  • A business degree or equivalent experience is advantageous
  • Able to work 40-45 hours weekly during standard business hours
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and a collaborative team player
