Orthopedic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Northeast. As a Registered Nurse in our Ortho Neurosciences unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients from the Orthopedic, Neuroscience, and Oncology service lines.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process and critical thinking skills to independently deliver safe nursing care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Participate in unit and organizational activities, demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
- A comprehensive orientation process.
