RN - Registered Nurse - Medical Cardiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Northeast. As a Registered Nurse on our Ortho Neurosciences Oncology unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients from the Orthopedic, Neuroscience, and Oncology service lines.
About Our UnitOur 30-bed unit is equipped with the latest technologies in patient care, including computers in every patient room. We have a Joint Care Coordinator accessible to staff and patients for care guidance and education, as well as a Joint Center group therapy room on the unit.
Responsibilities- Consistently apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, technical skills, and leadership to independently deliver safe nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes.
- Provide communication, confidence, and professionalism as evidenced by active engagement in unit and organizational activities.
- Demonstrate teamwork, adaptability, and serving as a resource to the patient care team.
- Have accountability for delivering quality nursing care services and for promoting a positive image of nursing.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a graduate degree from an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing services.
