About the Role

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Lutherville-Timonium, Maryland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Takes x-ray exposures of patients as requested by referring physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Reviews patients' medical history prior to performing x-ray procedures and confirms consent for contrast media if necessary.
  • Processes film and inspects images to determine if they meet radiologist requirements.
  • Maintains equipment and examination rooms, stores film, and manages related supplies.
  • Prepares patient information files and submits reports showing the number and type of x-rays.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Completion of formal training in radiologic technology.
  • Radiologic Technologist License (Maryland) and Certification.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a radiologic technologist, including on-the-job training and internships.
