Empower Retirement Plan Advisor Job Description

As a Retirement Plan Advisor at Empower, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their long-term financial goals. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop personalized retirement plans that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews to assess clients' financial readiness for retirement
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key contacts in each location and agencies within assigned territory
  • Create dynamic business plans and strategies to maximize impact on participants in assigned territory
  • Document interactions in Salesforce and collect required enrollment information to adhere to Compliance guidelines
  • Satisfy service level agreements for the plan as well as achieve business results

Requirements:

  • 2+ years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations (at minimum current Series 6 and 63 required for serious consideration)
  • Reliable personal transportation to cover the assigned territory (mileage reimbursement provided)
  • Strong relationship building and territory management skills

  • Competitive base salary range: $69,400.00 - $98,050.00
