Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee local and regional field marketing initiatives and activities
  • Lead daily meetings to inform and motivate the team
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new canvassing representatives
  • Track and analyze sales/marketing statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Lead by example in performance and behaviors aligned with MLM's standards
  • Manage the team on a daily basis using multiple techniques, including weekly one-on-ones, ride-alongs, acknowledgement and recognition, and on-the-spot coaching
  • Work with managers in other departments to discover, improve, and manage the department
  • Utilize MLM's internal CRM and proprietary databases and platforms
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $75,000 salary + uncapped commission
  • On average, our Canvassing Managers make $120,000-$150,000 annually
Work Environment:

This role operates outside 70% of the time within a defined territory and in office/administrative 30% of the time.

Physical Demands:

This is a physical role that requires working outside in all elements and lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 100 pounds.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position with code red and other business hours applying as needed.

Travel:

This position requires extensive travel within the territory and/or to and from other MLM offices.
