Family Medicine Physician Assistant Float Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Family Medicine. This is a float position, working in various clinics in the Twin Ports area.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention.
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop a high-quality, efficient service model.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others.
- Float between Hermantown Clinic, Lakewalk Clinic, Lakeside Clinic, Proctor Clinic, and West Duluth Clinic as needed.
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in Minnesota or current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Minnesota.
- Current certification in CPR and national certification in applicable area.
- Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
- A competitive hourly rate of $63.61.
- A 0.6 FTE schedule, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
