Practice Details- Our clinic is a premier, downtown campus integrating Family Medicine and Internal Medicine.
- We have a current team of 11 providers, including 8 physician providers and 3 internal medicine providers.
- We are recruiting for a Family Medicine APP provider to join our team.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Optional OB experience, requiring participation in a community-wide OB call group.
- On-site lab, radiology, and pharmacy services.
- Pharmacist co-located in the department.
- EPIC medical records and PACS Radiology.
Monday to Friday, 36 patient contact hours per week.
