Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare in Hudson, Ohio and surrounding areas. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the well-being of residents.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced LPNs to work in a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling options, allowing for a better work-life balance. Our facility offers $58 per hour, making it one of the highest-paying opportunities in the area.

You will have the flexibility to choose shifts at various facilities and enjoy W2 employment security. This means you can plan your schedule around classes at Chamberlain University or regular attendance at the Hudson Farmer's Market.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering post-acute care as an LPN, ensuring residents receive the best possible care and support.
  • Monitoring residents' physical and mental wellbeing, tracking vital signs, and documenting their health concerns and medical histories.
  • Performing intakes of residents, reviewing medical records, and properly administering and verifying medications.
  • Helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents, contributing to their overall quality of life.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program.
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Minimum of six months of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
