As a Nurse Specialist with IntelyCare, you will have the flexibility to choose your own shifts at various partner facilities, enjoying the security of W2 employment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality nursing care, focusing on resident-centered care and safety.
- Administer medications and treatments, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with residents, medical teams, and other healthcare staff to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including interventions and medical condition histories.
- Train and supervise nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Completion of an approved nursing program.
- At least 4 months' experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary Range: $38-$71 per hour
