Role Overview:
As a Security Program Manager, you will undertake a diverse array of responsibilities to safeguard sensitive government and classified information. Utilize your advanced consulting skills and extensive technical knowledge to devise innovative solutions for intricate challenges. Ensure adherence to Department of Defense (DoD) security standards.

Oversee administrative processes related to security clearances for personnel, maintain the integrity of restricted access facilities and sensitive documentation, and provide strategic advice to management on relevant security matters.

Evaluate the development and execution of critical programs or processes within the organization. Operate with minimal supervision, and mentor and guide team members as necessary.

Essential Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience within the DoD or intelligence sector.

Proficient in handling Special Access Program (SAP) information and managing SIC or JADE account setups and inquiries.

Experience in conducting security indoctrinations, briefings, or debriefings, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reviewing security plans and SOPs for various programs, and enforcing security protocols in line with Intelligence Community guidelines and governmental regulations.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Experience in directing the work of security specialists when required.

Familiarity with submitting access requests for SAPs and maintaining SAP training records.

Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance; readiness to undergo a polygraph examination.

A Bachelor's degree combined with 7+ years of experience in specialized or cross-functional security domains, including personnel, physical, industrial security, computer investigations, classification management, operational security, or security education; or 15+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.

Ability to achieve DoD Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) certification within 12 months of employment.

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is preferred.

Security Clearance:


Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Compensation at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's unique combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected salary range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually.

This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is just one component of Booz Allen's comprehensive compensation package for employees.
