- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of necessary items, including parts, tools, and materials.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on assembled transformers, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including time logs, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience, with a proven track record of stability and reliability.
