Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain store equipment, HVAC, refrigeration, petroleum equipment, and overall facility in good working order.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues making repairs according to established procedures.
  3. Complete scheduled and assigned preventative maintenance of all store equipment.
  4. Utilize maintenance work order system to complete repair calls, close completed calls, enter resolutions, and update calls according to company policies.
