Job Summary:
Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) is a leading provider of building envelope solutions, driving energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications. We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at the Carlisle, PA Plant.

**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, layout, perform, and oversee work assignments involving machining, welding, basic electricity, pipefitting, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, etc.
- Install, erect, assemble, level, and align all machinery and plant or office equipment.
- Provide effective service, maintenance, and repair to all machines, equipment, and facilities.

**Requirements:**
- High School Diploma or GED, Completion of an accredited apprentice program or technical school program, or college degree in the mechanical field.
- 0-4 years of experience as a Mechanic, Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.

**Working Conditions:**
The role requires working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, with potential exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, dust, and hazardous materials.
