Job Title: Diesel Technician

At Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores, we're committed to providing exceptional service to our customers and communities. As a Diesel Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Job Functions:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
  • Assist customers with roadside services, providing prompt and professional assistance.
  • Provide preventative maintenance services to help prevent mechanical issues and ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and drivers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds, and work in various temperatures.
  • Comply with company safety policies and procedures, prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of customers.
  • Work a rotating schedule, alternating between day and night shifts as needed.
  • Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's).
