Requirements:
- Proven track record of success with at least 2 closed deals in the last 12 months
- Strong technical skills, comfortable with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships
- Self-motivated and ambitious, with a drive to exceed targets and grow your business
- Valid Real Estate License and commitment to ongoing professional development
