About the Role:

The Full-time Pharmacist (36 hour) floater will provide pharmaceutical care to our customers, work with our team to develop and implement patient-centered care plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical pharmacy principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
