**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Pchresorts. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including changing linens, towels, and guest supplies.
  • Vacuum and dust all areas of the room, including furniture and fixtures.
  • Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and bathtubs.
  • Notify the Housekeeping Management or Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair needs.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with guests.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
