Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a current Illinois LPN or RN license.
  • Be able to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures.
  • Have experience working with older adults, preferably in a skilled nursing setting.
