Make a Difference as a Nurse at The Lutheran Home

As a nurse at The Lutheran Home, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and holistic care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, assess and monitor resident needs, and provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families.

Our nursing team is dedicated to creating a supportive and nurturing environment where residents feel valued and respected. We offer a full-time day shift schedule with alternating weekends, and we are committed to providing ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.

Requirements and Benefits
  • Current Illinois LPN or RN license required
  • Ability to comprehend and perform oral and written instructions and procedures
  • Experience working with older adults preferred
