Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Sandblaster / Powdercoat prepper to support our growing manufacturing and powder coat operations at NX STAGE SECURITY LLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all materials for powder coating, including taping and plugging.
  • Ensure accurate coverage of all materials being powder coated.
  • Operate the powder coat oven to cure parts for the appropriate time and temperature.
  • Remove parts from the oven and off racks after curing.
  • Clean and maintain all powder coating equipment used daily.


Requirements:

  • Dependability is a must.
  • Required to work safely around all power tools and heating elements, including gas lines, in a manufacturing warehouse.
  • Must have your own dependable transportation and be punctual.
  • The ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift +50 pounds.
  • Be a problem solver and have the ability to prioritize when necessary.
  • Able to wear necessary PPE, including a respiratory mask. No shorts or open-toe shoes.
