Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sandblaster / Powdercoat prepper to support our growing manufacturing and powder coat operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare all materials for powder coating, including taping and plugging.
  • Ensure accurate coverage of all materials being powder coated.
  • Operate the powder coat oven to cure parts for the appropriate time and temperature.
  • Remove parts from the oven and off racks after curing.
  • Clean and maintain all powder coating equipment used daily.
Requirements
  • Experience in sandblasting and powder coating.
  • Dependability and ability to work safely around power tools and heating elements.
  • Own dependable transportation and be punctual.
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift +50 pounds.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Able to wear necessary PPE, including a respiratory mask.
