We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at the Rio Rancho Center in Rio Rancho, NM. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure seamless execution of care plans.
- Communicate patient information effectively with assigned staff and between shifts, promoting continuity of care.

Requirements- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
