Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements
  • Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics
  • Ensure all machinery is performing at optimal levels
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and shipments
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other supervisors to resolve production-related issues
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on production procedures and quality control
  • Conduct regular safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the team
Requirements
  • High school diploma; education beyond high school, including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses, is preferred
  • Basic computer skills are helpful
  • Strong communication and supervisory skills are essential
  • Ability to travel 1-5 times per year
