About the Role

Lake Huron Medical Center is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams, ensuring technical and diagnostic scans for interpretation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients and equipment to produce high-quality ultrasound images
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce diagnostic scans
  • Process and transmit images to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)
Requirements
  • RDMS (ARDMS) or RVT (ARRT) certification in at least one body or region required within 90 days of hire and maintain
  • Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Current BCLS (AHA) certificate
  • Proficient computer skills
