We are seeking a highly skilled Business Insights Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into strategic and operational recommendations.
- Provide actionable recommendations on optimization, including distribution gaps, price and promo analytics, and ASPOH.
- Support sales and trade teams to identify main opportunities by customer and channel, leveraging household panel data.
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in analytical or research roles.
- Strong understanding of analytical tools and knowledge of statistics.
- Solid understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in English.
- Advanced user of BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI.
- Good strategic thinker, with business acumen.
- Able to build strong relationships with peers and senior management.
