Position: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Specialist to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within our manufacturing and distribution facility. This role is crucial in ensuring that all areas, including offices, production zones, restrooms, and communal spaces, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in maintaining a clean and orderly environment
  • Dependability, integrity, and punctuality
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a team or work independently

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in office, warehouse, and production areas
  • Execute cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping (both wet and dry), and floor scrubbing
  • Clean and sanitize tables, desks, countertops, and windows
  • Ensure restrooms are sanitized and stocked with necessary supplies
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes
  • Keep cafeterias and coffee stations clean and organized
  • Dust and clean various surfaces throughout the facility
  • Utilize cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners
  • Report any maintenance concerns to the facilities management team
