Sales Associate

At Wilco, our Sales Associates deliver outstanding customer service, process transactions, and promote our diverse range of products using established point of sale procedures while prioritizing customer satisfaction and precision. They play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries and guiding them to the appropriate store specialists when necessary. Additionally, Sales Associates support the sales floor and assist the Lead Cashier in achieving store objectives, while also participating in the upkeep and cleanliness of the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist in aligning their needs with the appropriate personnel or department. Efficiently process customer transactions with a friendly demeanor, adhering to established standards. Ensure accurate and secure handling of cash and invoices at designated stations. Maintain a tidy and organized checkout area, ensuring sufficient supplies of bags, invoices, and other necessary materials. Responsively handle phone inquiries and address customer questions.Ideal Candidates Will Possess
Experience in customer service, cashiering, or a related field. Proficiency in operating a computer and point of sale systems. Strong arithmetic skills for processing transactions and providing change. Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members. Flexibility to work during days, evenings, and weekends. Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.Employee Benefits
