RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in AWS Connect design and development methodologies, collaborating with stakeholders to craft enterprise business solutions that utilize industry standards and best practices.
• Design, develop, and implement AWS Connect processes, including new applications, forms, workflows, policies, actions, access controls, interfaces, and any other necessary configurations to support client operations.
• Provide insights for enhancing current operations and suggest updates or modifications as needed.
• Support and refine existing processes in response to new requirements or upgrades.
• Facilitate the gathering of requirements, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow framework.
