Job Title: Member Service Hybrid Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Service Hybrid Agent to join our team at Delta Community Credit Union. As a Member Service Hybrid Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling various transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process various transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashing checks.
  • Assist members with opening and closing accounts, as well as performing maintenance on their accounts.
  • Identify financial needs and promote, recommend, and refer products and services to members.
  • Respond to and resolve member concerns, partnering with the member to find a solution.
  • Process consumer loan applications, including reviewing and analyzing applications and supporting documents.
  • Maintain dual control protocols and provide dual control coverage to management.
  • Assist management with daily opening and closing operational duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years customer service and/or sales experience.
  • 6+ months cash handling experience.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations and work accurately with numbers.
  • Comfortable working with little to no supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.
  • Must be flexible in relieving multiple branch offices and willing to work Saturdays.
  • Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures, including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Finance or related field.
  • 1+ years Teller experience.
  • 1+ years credit union or financial services experience.
  • 1+ years loan experience.
  • Notary Public certification.
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking.
  • Symitar experience.
  • Knowledge of Delta Community Credit Union policies and procedures.
