Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, integrate, and document structural and interior payload system requirements to define system design.
• Create, maintain, and modify structural and interior payload system and component designs using advanced 3-D Computer Aided Design tools and other methodologies to provide comprehensive product definitions to various engineering teams, production operations, suppliers, and external clients throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze and integrate test results to ensure systems and components meet established requirements and specifications.
• Oversee supplier development, testing, and production activities, collaborating with suppliers to optimize designs and achieve program objectives.
• Innovate new design and analysis processes and tools to enhance the effectiveness, quality, and efficiency of development efforts.
• Explore emerging technologies to formulate concepts for future product designs that align with anticipated requirements.
• Operate under general guidance.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited engineering program or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Aircraft Structural Design utilizing both metallic and composite materials.
• Proficiency in three-dimensional parametric modeling using NX/Teamcenter or CATIA/ENOVIA tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Active U.S. Security Clearance within the last 24 months.
• Experience with aerospace materials and structures utilized in commercial and/or military aircraft.
• Familiarity with Full Size Determinant Assembly.
Typical Education/Experience:
(Associate, Level 2): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited engineering program and typically 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
(Experienced, Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited engineering program and typically 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
(Senior, Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited engineering program and typically 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
