About the Role

We are seeking a charismatic and organized Host to join our team at Catezza. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and seat guests, providing menus and ensuring a smooth transition to our service staff
  • Manage the flow of guests, providing accurate wait times and ensuring a seamless experience
  • Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle take-out orders
  • Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and other staff members to ensure excellent service
Requirements
  • Previous hospitality experience, preferably in a restaurant or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of organization
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
