Culinary Ambassador

Central to the success of our restaurant is the role of the Host, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their dining experience.

• Greet guests and seat them at tables or in waiting areas
• Provide guests with menus and inform them of current promotions
• Assign patrons to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times when necessary
• Operate cash registers to accept payments for food and beverages
• Answer the phone and take to-go orders when necessary
• Keep the host stand neat, tidy, and presentable for guests

• Previous restaurant hosting or serving experience preferred
• Friendly and customer-focused personality
• Ability to articulate clear greetings and farewells to guests
• Ability to clearly communicate guests' needs to servers, bussers, and managers
• Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone
• Must be able to carry trays or supplies
