Job Title: Dialysis Patient Care Technician

Overview:

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to providing high-quality kidney care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment, including vital sign monitoring, machine setup, and needle insertion.
  • Assist clinical staff with patient care tasks, such as preparing patients for treatment and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform administrative duties, including data entry, mail sorting, and phone answering.
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous healthcare experience preferred.
  • Certification as a hemodialysis technician within 18 months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
