Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Digital Product Management to lead the development and execution of our digital product strategy.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of digital product management principles, web technologies, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the digital experience for our global fanbase.

The role involves leading the product strategy and execution for our web properties and in-game web-view technology, ensuring alignment with the franchise's vision and business goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a product management leader for digital products and/or online stores, with a strong analytical approach and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the product roadmap for Activision's web properties and in-game web-view technology.
  • Manage the online store and single sign-on (SSO) features for both in-game and web.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver product features.
  • Use analytics to drive product decisions and measure the impact of new features.
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve the experience and performance of the sites.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in online retail and digital product management to keep our offerings at the cutting edge.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in digital product management, with a focus on web technologies and e-commerce.
  • Proven track record as a product management leader for digital products and/or online stores.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
  • Deep experience working with Designers, Developers, Project Managers and QA.
  • Solid understanding of user research and usability testing.
  • Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of Activision's franchises is a plus.
