Diedre Moire Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Calibration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and training to customers, junior technicians, and distributors on the operation and maintenance of our analytical instrumentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute service contracts and provide field service repairs and support for company equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components on Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometers, High Performance Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs, Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometers, Ion Spectrometers, and TOF Analyzers.
- Make repairs down to board level.
- Service analytical instrumentation from leading manufacturers such as Agilent, Shimadzu, Dionex, Thermo-Fisher, Waters, and others.
- Educate customers on product superiority, capabilities, maintenance, and operation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment performance and operation.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
