Job Title: Assembly Technician

At Metal Masters Foodservice Equipment Co., Inc., we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the production of our metal products by performing repetitive bench or line assembly operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble metal products by placing parts in the correct order and fastening them together using bolts, clips, screws, and cements.
  • Perform specific tests to ensure the product is functioning properly for both electric and gas equipment models.
  • Work with other members of the department in a professional manner to achieve production goals.
  • Identify and report any quality control issues or defects in the product.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • No previous experience, but ability to learn easily within a specified time frame.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and common fractions.
Working Conditions:

The Assembly Technician will work in a fast-paced production environment with moderate noise levels. The employee will be required to stand for extended periods, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear. The employee must have good eyesight, including depth perception, peripheral vision, and the ability to differentiate between colors. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
